Midtown Hotel Surabaya

I recently stayed at a hotel located right in the city center, and I was pleasantly surprised by several aspects of my experience. the value for money was exceptional, with prices that fit comfortably into my budget. Additionally, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-maintained rooms with panoramic views and the basic amenities provided, to the varied breakfast selection included in my stay. The location of the hotel was also a major plus point, as it was very close to the train station and at the very center of the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, adding to the overall positive experience.

Everything was more than okay during my stay.

No pool or place to hang out. No gym.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town and close to many interesting locations in Surabaya

We had a great stay in this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, suggesting cool places to visit around the city and always greeting us with a smile. The location was perfect, as it was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were nice, and we also appreciated having a convenience store and bakery nearby. we loved the breakfast - a nice mix of Western and local Indonesian cuisine.

The hotel was located centrally and was easy to get to from the airport. the room was clean and had a nice view of the city. the morning breakfast was tasty and had a good selection of food to choose from. A taxi rank was conveniently located outside the hotel.

The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom was cramped with minimal amenities. the WiFi was slow and disconnected frequently, which made it difficult to get work done.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the local area. Situated in a bustling area known for its food shops, there is plenty to do in the vicinity. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent service from the friendly staff. the breakfast is also delicious offering a variety of Indonesian dishes, and there are additional business lunch packages at affordable prices. With a fantastic view, this hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay.

The lobby is relatively small with limited seating, which can be inconvenient when meeting with friends.

The hotel may be modest in size, but it makes up for it with its convenient location. We were just a short 5-minute walk away from Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall, great for shopping and dining options. The breakfast menu was excellent, with a variety of choices including traditional dishes and infused waters. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a large TV screen and dim lights, made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they promptly delivered a hairdryer to our room upon request. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Midtown Hotel.
